Finally, an update...
I have been guilty of letting the news section flounder a little - this is my first post since 2019!
You may have also noticed that our podcast been somewhat more sporadic lately as we have both been busy with various life projects and that's actually what our latest episode is all about!
We wanted to let you know that we are putting ourselves back on a schedule. We'll be sharing a new episode on the first Monday of every month, and we'll also be sending you an email to give you a brief insight on the episode.
This month we'll also be sharing a bonus episode, so keep an eye out in your inbox for that one - we'll also be reaching out when we do future interactive episodes that involve questions from our audience!
Our latest episode: Life, Projects and Philosophy
Catch up on what we've been up to lately, from Splore festival to the awe-inspiring "Wharenui Harikoa" crochet installation in New Zealand to the launch of SoundMadeSeen!
Rane has developed an app for podcaster's that uses your audio to create short videos for sharing, as well as host of other features - tune in to the episode to find out more!
Jo gives an update on her book: Eight Limbs of Aerial Yoga : Adapting Practice for Accessibility, Neurodiversity and Physical Support which focuses on making this unique practice accessible to diverse audiences. Her book focuses on bringing yoga philosophy to the aerial hammock while exploring the intersection of physical movement and sensory experiences.
We also share a bonus segment with Claire Holloway (which has previously only been available to our Patreon Supporters), delving into the profound lessons of parenthood and the application of yogic principles to this transformative journey. Her insights on letting go of expectations and embracing the present moment provide a grounding wisdom that extends far beyond the realm of parenting, offering a holistic perspective on navigating life's twists and turns with grace and mindfulness.
