Rane is a long time student of yoga and meditation. He has an insatiable curiosity about these practices, how they can help people in their daily lives and in overcoming adversity.
Rane's interest deepened after being diagnosed with stomach cancer. Rane found these practices helped him cope with the emotional difficulties of a terminal (mis)diagnosis and aided in his recovery.
As someone starting out as a yoga and meditation teacher, Rane wants to learn from the teachers that influence his own practice and share that knowledge with the world.
Jo Stewart discovered yoga while studying Visual Art at RMIT in 1998, and since then she has found that practicing meditation and yoga helps her enjoy living and creating to her full potential.
Jo has been teaching for over 10 years and runs her own Melbourne studio, where she teaches Antigravity Aerial Yoga, Pilates, Yin and Vinyasa classes to small groups. She is a level 3 Senior teacher with Yoga Australia.
Jo’s creative approach adapts to each practitioners individual needs. She also loves bringing yoga out of the studio and into the world, teaching on community programs, at festivals and sharing her meditations online.
